Not right in the centre but only a very safe 6-8min walk from Minster, shops, restaurants etc… Breakfast was outstanding and good value at £16 for juice, coffee, pastry, yogurt and fruit and Eggs Benedict. Full English a bit more, lighter options from £11. Quite a lot of parking outside at £15 a night (good for York) but it’s very tight & I’d advise contacting them to reserve a place. "We loved our stay in Judges Court hotel, which is a grade listed building. Very friendly staff. Location is ideal – just a walking distance from train station (some 10-15min) and all local amenities. We stayed in room No 8, bathroom was massive, great shower, Molton Brown toiletries, you just need to ask at reception if you run out.
