“Everything was great but found the access a little difficult unfortunately left my phone with access code in the room and it was a while to get it sorted!!”

“During breakfast coffee machine was not working, no phone in the room, no storage/cupboard in the room, cleanliness was average, asked for boiled egg but was told it will take 15 minutes.”

“Lovely room. The staff are brilliant and go above and beyond to help. Very well mannered and a pleasure to talk to. This was our second stay and definitely won't be out last. We stayed here for 2 nights for our anniversary weekend and it was great. Room spotless and amazing staff. Very happy ”

“I don’t think they can claim that a couple of pots of yogurt and a few bits of fruit counts as breakfast. No drinks available at all. The photo of pastries on the listing is highly misleading and should be removed. If they can’t provide breakfast they should sell as a room only option.”

“The room is considered small and without wardrobe. No bath tub or shower compartment. No facilities at all and only a small lobby with a coffee machine ( l need to pay)”

“Maybe we stay at the hotel on Sat, it was very noise downstair until midnight, becasue there is a amusement opposite to the hotel. the car parking is very limit, not easy to get the parking in the hotel. The room is not very clean. The receptionest will not let you feel welcome. ”
