“Overall the hotel itself is excellent, the staff, the facilities and the food.....an excellent hotel.
The only negative does not relate to the hotel itself maybe more about the city of Kandy, its very nosey and busy, we were hounded by local traders and drivers all day which compared to other parts of the country we would not have the same experienceits ”

“The staff is very friendly and professional, upgraded our room and allowed us to check in early. The room is so beautiful and high-end. Location is super convenient, short walk to the tooth temple, at lake with beautiful views, surrounded by shopping stores.
There was loudly construction sounds around 2pm, that disturbed the sleep.”

“Atiloua on reception always had the most beautiful smile to greet everyone. Everyone was keen to help.
The food and juices offered in the restaurant was very good. Interesting and delicious options on menu. No alcohol was sold on site and we went out for cocktails nearby.”
