the day shift staff are not very nice, but the nice shift person is very helpful.

“Terrible experience – Safety breach, broken promises & zero privacy
Overall:
Avoid this place, especially with family. Friendly staff was nonexistent and standards were missed. Stayed mid-July, now mid-October and still unresolved—waiting over a month for an email reply. Only positive: close to beach and metro.
Safety, Privacy & Keys:
Booked a 4-bed room. Mid second night, a stranger opened our door and walked in. My 9yo daughter was terrified. Reception dismissed us until morning, though they……
