Located in a cute, very safe neighborhood just seconds off 441\. \*3 miles to Clayton ( lots of shopping and restaurants downtown) \*Close to Tiger Winery and Stonewall Creek Winery \* Lake Burton and Rabun within 10 miles \* Town of Tallulah Falls and the famous Tallulah Gorge, 9 miles away! Perfect for an overnight or long weekend getaway or a longer stay as there is a washer/dryer. We do rent long term! Great Wi-Fi kitchen with all appliances, dishwasher,gas cook stove, kuerig coffee maker and supplies Living area with sofa, tv and bistro set Bathroom with shower Stackable washer/dryer Sleeping area with tv. Both smart tvs use Wi-Fi Fenced in yard, fire pit with wood provided Nice porch facing creek. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog. We need to pre-approve dogs over 80 pounds or more than one dog . 1 dog is $35 dog fee. 2 dogs $60 fee. Candice was the hostess with the mostess! The villa offered everything we needed for a last-minute week-long stay to tend to a gravely-ill family member and to work remote with two dogs. It was perfect for our needs and nice for our dogs to have a dedicated fenced-in yard and lots of space on Candice's beautiful, country-side property and the town of Tiger for afternoon walks.
