Escape the never-ending to-do list and enjoy the slow country atmosphere at Tiny Divine Farmstay! An off-grid, environmentally friendly tiny house that allows you to immerse yourself in your own slice of nature. Where you can relax and unwind amid the stunning sunsets, natural energy, and native wildlife such as kangaroos, kookaburras, eagles, echidnas, and koalas.
When the weather is warmer, your land hosts may share the paddock's dam for water activities such as fishing, canoeing, and more.
The Space:
Tiny Divine Farmstay is located in Bunding just 7 mins from Ballan, VIC. Where you can find a small boutique, enjoy stunning sunsets, native wildlife, and revitalizing mineral springs. Sailors Falls, St Anne's Winery, Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve, Pykes Creek, and Boathouse Restaurant Daylesford are just a few of the exciting attractions available.
A cozy 155-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.
If you plan to spend your farm stay Victoria getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please take note that this tiny house is an off-grid unit that runs on solar energy. We advise guests to conserve energy during the day and only use it when necessary. Overall, minimal consumption is advised to prevent power outages when using solar power.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, including the paddock perched within the area. However, access to other paddocks (e.g., such as horse paddocks) without prior approval from the land host is prohibited.
You can also relax in our tree hammocks, take a canoe ride around the dam (life vests provided), or bring a fishing rod and try your luck catching a yabbie (one net provided) for dinner. Summer evenings are best spent at the dam's picnic area, watching the sun set and relaxing in the tranquil surroundings.

- Guests are also advised to save energy to avoid running out of electricity
- Please take note that outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Please charge your phone and electronics in advance in case of low-light days
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- We would like to remind guests that our tiny house follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet.
Important note:
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly in the provided bin
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.

Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.
During warmer months, the dam in which the Tiny Divine Farmstay is situated may be shared by the Hosts.
