This was good for one nights stay. But I will warn you it’s paper thin to the outside and you will hear cars and dogs all night and come 7 am you will hear terrible amounts of noise from outside. Other than that, the staff was nice and helpful.

In general, the Taypikala hotel was good, there were only two details that particularly caught my attention:
1.- The absence of a soap disk in the bathroom.
2.- And the most important, the 6 days we were staying we had problems with the Internet connection, it became super slow or fell down especially at night.
We were able to extend our stay 2 more days, thanks to the reservation staff.

Super Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was located in a small street with some nightclubs (but not noisy at all) and we felt safe the whole time. Cusco has a lot of security and this hotel is located really close to plaza de armas which is a pickup spot for most of the tours. So very convenient!!

The staff was super nice and we enjoyed the spaciousness of our room. Great location near good restaurants, shops, and festivities.
It was a little disappointing that the shower didn’t drain correctly, but those things happen and it was a plus that hot water seemed readily available. Overall, a good stay towards the end of a three week trip in the Cuzco region.

"Kantu hotel is a really good choice. It is in a central location in Cusco and the staff are friendly and accommodating. We stayed either side of 2 treks and they stored our bags without question. If I visit Cusco again I would go there"
