“It's a really nice hotel but please take note that this place is opposite the Lake Havasu City so plan accordingly if you want to go to the city. ”

“The breakfast menu had many choices and was very good. The pool and spa were very clesn and in a nice setting The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We would definitely stay there again if were in the area. ”

“Jacuzzi was out of service, pool was adequate, floor has cracks inside pool, outside needs a good cleaning, looks very not cared for, we saw a nice lady cleaning on our second day, lots of dogs, one elevator broken, parking lot very dark, hallway carpet very dirty, door didnt close in our room, you had to lift it to close it, window trims were missing so lots of light came in, the ac worked great but hallways were very hot, there were roaches in our room, the beds were comfy , shower drained……

“Smelly. Dirty. Sheets clearly unchanged from previous guest. Multiple cockroaches. burnt out lights. Battery missing from smoke detector. Definitely overpriced for poor living conditions. Not enough soap and toiletries. Dirty toilet. Paint falling off. Shower damaged. Clearly extremely neglected. ”
