When we checked in with the front desk, she gave us our room keys and when we went to our room someone else was already in there sleeping. I think the shift before checked someone in not verifying the name. Both of us had Expedia reservations. Very alarming to my child who opened the door. Scared him and me. Was not the night clerks fault. Since we checked in after midnight, but had checked in early through Expedia.

Everything was good from the room. The only thing that we didn’t like and what other customers were complaining was that they didn’t have any eggs for breakfast. They only had few options for breakfast. We also told the receptionist about it and he said “ but was there bacon?” Every customer kept asking about the eggs and the staff at the breakfast area told us that she didn’t get her items delivered for the breakfast and to go tell the her boss.

Staff was great and made you feel welcomed. Only thing that wasn’t that great is the free breakfast during the week was only cereal,toast,yogurt or waffles. On Saturday they served eggs and bacon that was a great choice compared to the week day
