I booked 2 nights at this hotel for 2 rooms. 1 of the room AC didnt worked so we asked for another room. Same issue on second room AC didnt work. It has over 115 degrees so we decided to check out within 1 hour of arriving and moved to a different hotel. I asked for a refund and they denied my request for a refund. Horrible experience.

First room we were assigned was clean and smelled fresh but bathroom flooded, second room we were given was not clean had a funny unpleasant smell and the sheets were stained like if there were not washed, room was also dusty

BED BUG ALERT! My wife and I stayed in a room with two beds. The room was dirty, floor was dusty and bathroom was iffy - but for the price we weren’t complaining. We slept in one bed on the first one, and on a different one on the second night we woke up with bed bug bites on the second night. Hotel has yet to contact us about this incident.

The t.v. didnt work. The phone was unplugged, hair on the bathroom floor we called the desk from our personal number was on hold for 18min. The pool was green the parking lot had trash and pot holes there was a huge rock in the parking lot stal. Would never stay here again.

We brought our family here for our Fourth of July trip. We stayed Wednesday-Sunday. The floor in the room were very dirty, one lamp shade was broken and the other someone had scribbled on. The tile was broken in the bathroom and the toilet was very nasty as well. There were shoe marks and blacks scuffs on the wall by the bed. We found a cute little lizard in our bed. The floor we were staying on reeked of marijuana the whole time we were there, even though they were non smoking rooms. We were pretty disappointed, but could not move to another hotel because everything else was booked up. We’ve stayed in Laka Havasu for 10 years and this was by far one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at.

To start room smelled like urine dirty roaches crawling , Remore for TV didn’t work tried to use to call front desk come to find out phone didn’t even work. Positive more girl in the front accommodate us since we had a wheelchair with us From there forward my stay was 100 percent negative when checking ask to speak to a manager I guess no one was there till Monday. Took pictures will be posting shortly . Meddle of the night someone tried to open my room and others smoking marijuana right outside my door

We stay just one night, we booked on the first floor but when we checked in the staff upgraded the room to the 302.No elevetor, we had to carry all at 120 F. The bathrooms were dirty, hair on the walls. Room is noisy, A/C is loud. This room is definitely spooky or hunted, we saw shadows near the bathroom. Strange vibes you feel like somebody is looking at you. And outside I felt very unsafe, rooms has 3 doors and I had to lock all and put a table in front of one to block the access.
