Mi experiencia, sin embargo, quedó empañada por una situación que podría haberse evitado con una simple respuesta. En febrero solicité la habitación 105, elección que tenía para mí un significado especial porque celebraría allí mi cumpleaños. Nunca recibí respuesta.

“The hotel was situated perfectly for exploring Teruel. The staff was very helpful, but it was a little difficult in understanding each other. Teruel is a very Spanish town, so I cannot blame the staff as I suspect they do not meet many English travellers. That said they could have a sheet in English that would explain everything that is required.
The room has a fridge, which is not something you come across in many hotels in Spain. A nice touch! Clean bathroom and the beds were comfortable.
