Our room's pullout mattress was yellowed and bare. When inquiring about blankets and pillows we were told there was a package in the closet. It contained 1 pillow and a thin fuzzy sheet. I called down and asked for more. They said they'd send someone up. Never got them. The bathroom sliding door was broken and didn't latch, the tvs signal often lost its signal, the carpetted hallways seemed fairly dirty at 3:30PM. The staff were never rude but it wasn't the experience I would've preferred. Last thing is I was charged at the end a daily parking fee for my car. I'm honestly not sure if charging for parking is normal but it registerred to me as a little strange.

Centrally located. Parking was available. the front desk staffs are great and very cute, This was the 4th time we stay here and this time there was no Continental breakfast offer. Inaddition, we had room service done on our stay and the Tissue box was left empty, also the there were no toilet papers. This will be the last time we stay here.
