This Hilton is suitable for large business conference as well as family vacation as all rooms are suite type. However, the hotel only has one self-serve washer and dryer for the entire hotel which is not enough for families on vacation. Understandably that the hotel would like its guests to use the hotel’s standard laundry service but the cost would be too much for families on vacation. The hotel should also keep up with carpet vacuuming and cleaning in their corridors daily.

Require booking of swimming pool. Yet, lanes are reserved to club members, guests are left with small area to use. No enforcement of no lap swimming when there's too many guests. Staff hygiene is not good. My license was given back to me with spit of rice from staff mouth during check in. Not sure if he realized it. I have to wash it after.

The room was not cleaned well but staff is very responsive and arranged cleaning the next say. Building is a bit out dated with dirty carpet in bad condition. The services are good thought. They have piano which elevated the whole place for our family

I had mix feelings about this Hilton. Definitely well appointed as far as location, very convenient. The lobby is nice but the room is very tight and somewhat outdated, the mattress sank down. It did have an indoor pool and the gym was good. It was nice to have a separate sitting area with pull out couch. I was disappointed they didn’t have an outdoor pool but it’s Toronto. Housekeeping service was prompt and they use text to check on you, that was really nice.
