This place did not have a working AC in the room they first night we arrived and had to get a technician to fix it. There were bees and other flies all over the place. The place was not properly cleaned and restocked once we arrived, the soap dispenser for the bathroom was mostly empty so I had to pump it several times for a small drop to wash my hands. The rooms did not include basic amenities like a kettle, microwave, or even small fridge to stock some small snacks we got during the day. Hotel is close to restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. Cons: Old building. Doors (room and balcony) and windows are still original wood frame from the 60s. Noise level from hallway and street traffic, starting around 5:30 am, was too loud. There are three steps you need to go up right as you exit the elevator in every floor. Check in process for me was smooth, but the lobby was packed with guests trying to understand how to access their rooms as there are no staff at all. They were on their phones trying to reach someone from customer service. No pude hacerlo hasta que volví a hablar y una amable chica argentina lo hizo manual y me dio la clave para acceder al hotel. 2horas para poder entrar a mi habitación. El WhatsApp no lo contestan.
