“Hello,I wanted to reach out regarding a couple of concerns our group experienced during our stay. When we arrived, we noticed a significant amount of mouse droppings in the basement area and even in some of the beds. This was obviously very unsettling for everyone and required us to spend time cleaning before we could comfortably use the space.Additionally, the leg of the kitchen table broke when we placed a few normal household items on it—specifically a piece of luggage and some groceries. “We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. There are some very good restaurants nearby and it is close to the Castleton campus. We also enjoyed some snowshoeing and mountain biking at Slate Valley Trails. ”

“The house was great. We loved the antiqueness of the house. We are technicologically challenged, so had trouble with the TV. The beds were comfortable. We didn't use it, but the kitchen was great. We would definitely use this house again.”
