“The Thon Hotel Cecil was in a great location to tour Oslo. My room was nicely appointed … only the mini fridge cooler did not seem to work. But they have ice machines at each end of the second floor. I appreciated that they cut out the wire around my window during construction so I could see out. The breakfast buffet each morning was a delight with lots of options … including vegan. The evening meal of soup and salad was a delightful surprise to be included … I highly recommend the delicious……
