"Hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Glasgow and surrounded by many amazing restaurants and bars. 4th time staying here and staff were amazing as always! We had an issue with an aircon leak detector alarm going off at 3:30 am and the staff on the front desk came up and sorted it very promptly. Following day they had organised a different room and moved our luggage for us. These things happen and staff handled it perfectly.
Thanks for another great stay.
We will be back soon! "
