“This wasn’t just a hotel it was a villa. Me and my wife stayed for 2 days and we swam ate free breakfast had a huge room with a comfy bed. Stay here and you will not be disappointed. “This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions.
RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall.
We got a room on 11th floor which have a great view of the city. The room is equipped with full kitchen (oven, microwave, utensils etc.).
We also booked the transportation……

“The area is completely in construction-renovation stage and till today i cannot understand how they can accept guests in such condition... When booking it was said outdoor swimming pool, breakfast, etc, however nothing was working or ready yet. Could not stay longer there and left the hotel after 1night. Not recommended - at least before they can complete the renovation, which doesn't seem to be quick...”

En revanche, de nombreux équipements hors service rendent le séjour très inconfortable : il fait 27°C dans les chambres, la nuit, en mars-avril, car ils ont tendance à surchauffer l’hôtel et qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation de refroidissement.
En outre, le système d’ouverture des fenêtres dans plusieurs chambres est défectueux, ce qui fait qu’il est impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres de manière à aérer et refroidir efficacement la……
