“A well equipped room with an excellent bed, large TV, fridge and good shower. The room was tastefully decorated and of a decent size. I really appreciated the welcome gifts of biscuits, water and milk too. Breakfast was excellent and a very generous portion. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. “I was going to visit the Brecon Mountain Railway and I needed somewhere close by to stay for the night. Luckily, I chose the Butchers Arms. The room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was filling and tasty and I had breakfast looking across to the start of the Brecon Beacons. The beer was wonderful especially the Butty Bach (little friend in Welsh). ”

“From the moment we arrived we were welcomed into the B&B and offered refreshment after a long journey. The rooms were immaculate and the breakfast choices were superb. Best cooked breakfast I have had in a long time.
