Crown Motel
We had a room that was right on the beach. Lovely views. From bed it looked like we were on a cruise ship (so foggy and cloudy you couldn't see the other shore.)

Truckee Donner Lodge
No working hot tub. Rude Management. Very dingy rooms. I don't recommend at all.
