“First off they never told us that you have to check in before 9:00 p.m. or else you lose your reservation with no refund. When calling the front desk lady to ask if they had washers and dryers she took the opportunity to let us know at 8:45 that she would not be there past 9:00 to check us in, we were only 10 minutes out and the woman refused to stay! I offered her a tip as an incentive but she had a really bad attitude and said that she was not staying past 9:00. That was not made known to me……

“Incredible property. Clean room; the staff was great; the breakfast was top-notch- LOVED the variety & special buffet portion I've never encountered before - one that had several things to choose from - for example, strawberries, blueberries, granola, amongst others that I don't recall, but very impressive. Two things I will dock them on are their kitchen. The description does say they have a kitchen, but does NOT mention they don't have a stove, which made it difficult to bake/cook things in……
