I rented a 3 bedroom 2 bath, this was for 3 adult unrelated adult males. 2 of them had to share 1 bedroom that had bunk beds. Uncomfortable situation. Host said all that was available was the 2 bedroom. The 2 bedroom unit was also further away from the area that we were visiting. Also another inconvenience. Unit next door has a smoke alarm that was chirping (needed new battery), host did repair after being notified.
