"Nice small hotel, 5 minute walk to the beach"
Had a nice 1week stay at this small resort. Breakfast is reasonably good, fresh fruits, cereal, eggs, toast, juice, coffee and tea. Very well situated, close to the beach (5minutes walk) chairs and beach umbrella are available at no charge. Grocerie store just across the street, you can find almost anything . Two huge BBQ , including the BBQ tools are available at the resort, you just need to ask and you can cook your meal there. Quiet place, bar close at 9pm, very relaxing.

"Good location, hotel staff can be much more nice"
The hotel is small, clean, a lot of shade areas, beautiful landscape, large rooms. The mattress, linens were old and not comfy at all, air conditioner is noisy. Breakfast is ok, from plastic cups and plates. The hotel staff - specially reception people are so ignorant and not nice, it was unbelievable!! Overall - such beautiful beach and the ocean overshadow every unpleasant moments

"Relaxing holiday retreat"
Just got back from COMO Parrot Cay. First time guest. Stayed 5 days. Very impressed with the resort. Felt small and personal - like we had the island all to ourselves. Beautiful fine sand beach - felt like you were walking on talcum powder - that stretched out for 20 minutes walk on either side of the beach cabins. Often only 10-20 people on it. Lots of happy staff that tried really hard to make sure we had everything we needed. Great spa. Peaceful, relaxed, beautiful. Food was delicious. Can't wait to go back.

Best and Worst Times to Visit Turks and Caicos

Clear skies and toasty temperatures make December through May the ideal time to visit Turks and Caicos. These months are considered the dry season, when there is little to no rain and the weather is perfect for taking a dip in the ocean. Temperatures generally hover in the 80s F, but with this ideal island weather comes the crowds. The majority of vacationers visit between May and March, which means rates will be higher during this time. If you don’t mind the occasional chance of rain, consider visiting just before the rainy season, between April and May, to face fewer people and lower rates.

Hurricane season runs from the beginning of June to the end of the November, which means there could be anything from minor sprinkles to major storms during this time frame. The warm temperatures and rainfall also attract mosquitos. While it might be considered the worst time to visit, you will find some of the cheapest rates on the islands at this time.

    Things to Do

Out on the water is one of the best places to be during your visit to Turks and Caicos. Kick off your water adventures with a snorkeling excursion down at Bight Reef or Smith’s Reef, where you can swim among stingrays, turtles, and colorful fish galore. Next, kayak around the Little Water Cay’s islets, or wade around the shallow water at Taylor Bay. While you’re in paradise, scuba dive off the coast of Governor’s Beach and surrender to the sunshine on Pillory Beach.

After gallivanting in the sand and sea, check out some of the attractions on dry land. Explore the ruins of the plantation at Cheshire Hall, and venture into the Middle Caicos Caves. As the Caribbean’s largest collection of limestone caves, these caverns feature fascinating arrangements of stalagmites and stalactites. During your stay, mosey over to the Grand Turk Lighthouse and Her Majesty’s Prison before retreating to one of the best resorts in Turks and Caicos.
