"There was no shampoo in the bathrooms, the remote for AC did not have batteries and it did not work well. Telephone needed replacement. You’d expect any of these to work seamlessly in any decent hotel but it took several request to get these straight here. The food, particularly desert section, was great. "Booked this as emergency accommodation due to NAT’s breakdown. This Hotel was far superior to the Prime Beach where we had stoped during our holiday. I would actually book here for holiday accommodation in the future. Nice & quiet, good pool & good location. Staff were more than helpful. Had a better experience here during the few days we waited for flight that @ the manic Prime Beach."
