“This seems to be a very chaotic area. There are several homeless people shouting downstairs at the hotel. Inside the hotel, there are unidentified individuals banging on other room doors, causing a commotion. The area is filled with drug users, giving a very unsafe feeling. Moreover, the facilities are very outdated and in poor condition. I do not recommend staying here.”

“We selected this location because our daughter graduated from CSULB & the ceremony was at Anaheim Stadium. The property was advertised with eight beds, four bedrooms. However, there was no mention about the limited parking. I contacted the owner when we were on our way there about the parking and she shared that there was only one assigned parking space in a garage for the entire home. When we inquired about addit’l prkg, she said that all other parking would be street parking, however, due to……
