“When we checked in, the room was smelly and my wife couldn’t even stay in the room. So I asked the front desk to switch a room but got some bad treatment. I had to wait for about 30 minutes and call them 3 times and talk to them face to face twice. Even then I still couldn’t make the switch. Until I asked to talk to their manager and they gave me a room that was not very nice on the upper floor. Maybe it’s because I am an old Chinese? I don’t know.
