The other is set up like an outdoor living room/lounge area with a wall mounted tv, seating for 9-10, an outdoor charcoal grill upon request and a wood burning fire pit with seating for 4. An outdoor shower is also available inside the fence near the rear stairwell to get the excess sand off of you from the beach before you enter the house. There is free off street parking for 4-6 cars on the property. 2 vehicles in the front and 4 vehicles on the driveway to the gray fence.
