We've been staying at Staybridge for 10 years all over the country and never had any issues until this past weekend. I don't think that we will be staying at the Tyler location any time soon. There were several guests that were initially issued dirty rooms and we were one of them, at check-in time. I even asked the front desk person, if Staybridge was hiring for housekeeping and she said yes and printed out applications for my son and nephew, who are college students in Tyler. Also, the room we were issued didn't have any fresh towels and we had to some from the front desk. Lastly, I do understand that renovations are going on at the hotel but certain things, like vacuuming the hallways and keeping the outside of the doors clean, can still be done. Lastly, the wifi went out Saturday night and we were notified, there was note at the front desk, which I didn't see until we checked out. This was one of the worst visits to Staybridge i've ever had.
