Maid will wake you up way before check out to try and get you out of the room. Maids kids go around knowing on doors bothering customers. Only good this about this place is the gentleman that runs the check in counter. He was very sweet, kind, and professional! He went above and beyond!

I was homeless and jobless but was able to do door dash, it takes me all day to dash just make $100 a day enough to cover my room and gas for each night. They were very patience and understanding that I couldn’t pay by weekly and I paid by nightly which it probably was pain in the butt lol I am very grateful that I was in a safe place while it lasted. Thank you all for what you do!

Smelled like cat peeing two of the rooms. It took me three hours to get checked into a room finally in the night and got into a room. The air conditioner worked for about an hour. The next day I got the room exchanged for a different room. Customer service is horrible. Atrocious breakfast, cold cereal, water down coffee. Disrespectful Told me that I am not allowed to pet my service animal that if I petted her or gave her any kind of affection that my deposit would be kept 100% garbage

Air worked but not well. Took most of the first night to cool room down. They deactivated our room key after the first night. Had to get that worked out. We go NO room service at all during our weekend stay. There were roaches in our room..and my step mom got bit by something the first night and today it is a bruise. Definitely should get my money back. Will never stay again.

I booked a double bed suite. I only got two beds There are roaches crawling on the wall the room smells horrible. The TV doesn't work no wifi no iron no clean linen no towels. I would rate this a ZERO if possible!! Infestation of bedbugs and absolutely the most horrific customer service. After complaining and showing proof of the bedbugs, they produced a falsified extermination report dated the day after I checked out. I contacted the company listed on the inspection and they confirmed they have no business with this hotel. I booked for a 3 night stay and left after the first night! The deposit still has. It been returned and I am highly doubtful I will ever see it. I will not stop until this place is shut down. Unsafe, unclean, unfriendly and very unhealthy for anyone to stay in!!

Bedbugs!!!

When I first came into the room, it smelled really horrible and sour. I was exhausted but went out and got cleaning products including for breeze to make it smell better. I figured it was just an issue with the air conditioning. I cleaned the entire room for two hours to make it livable. After taking a bath and going to bed, I woke up in the early hours of the morning bitten by bedbugs. In that few hours bitten on both arms and legs.(photo will be attached) Room 153 This is the worst infestation of bedbugs I have ever seen from a very filthy room that I should’ve just turned around and left. Be warned, this is not a good place to stay!
