Very dirty rooms. My door didn’t lock and they told me every day they would come fix it and never did. Halls smell like weed. They charged my card for WiFi I did not request and said they couldn’t reimburse me. Toilet plugged up. No coffe maker. I stayed a week and couldn’t wait to leave.

Thank goodness it was a short stay
The staff was accommodating even though we arrived in the middle of the night. Irritating that we never received a working room key. One of us had to stay in the room at all times. Staff tried to reprogram keys once then said something about a battery in the lock but we never heard anything else. Took keys with her so didn’t have a key period. Bed was platform style very uncomfortable. Mattress too thin for style with very small thin pillows.

My family stayed here for a family vacation. We arrived at 1AM due to flight delays and walked into see a closed reception desk with a sign saying to use the wall phone if you need guest services. I had to call 3 times and was just about to give up when someone finally answered the phone. I said I need to check in and they sounded like they didn’t believe me but would be at the desk shortly. The employee who appeared seemed to have been woken from sleeping, she was in sweats and a shower cap. I pulled up my prepaid online reservation for her and she checked us in but said that I reserved 2 queen beds and they do not offer that. They only have ‘double’ or full sized beds. I was quite upset because I originally booked double beds and then canceled and rebooked queen beds so I know that I paid extra for this and didn’t receive it. Once we got into our room it was entirely disappointing. Nothing at all like the pictures. The card keys didn’t always worked so you had to try multiple times. The beds were horrid, metal skinny games with a thin mattress on top. The shower couldn’t come on alone in the bathroom, water would run out of the bath faucet at the same time. The carpet was disgusting and we wore shoes the whole time because our feet would blacken from the dirt. We had a weeks stay without housekeeping. We had to bring soiled linens down to reception and exchange for clean ones if we wanted them, we had to take our own trash to the DUMPSTER. We will not be back.
