“The location of the hotel is great, and I really enjoyed the shuttle service. The bus drivers were friendly and helpful, and one driver in particular went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I also enjoyed the tour guides, who were knowledgeable and pleasant.
Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing. They were not welcoming, did not seem friendly, and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. Customer service at the front desk has a huge……

“Excellent location to access Tikal. Pool was amazing! We swam in the rain. The bungalows are incredible. We appreciated having power at night to charge phones, even though the main building turns off their generator. The food is great, staff was kind and patient with our limited Spanish. Netting around the beds was a must for night time, worked well and kept the gnats out. Overall excellent experience and highly recommend staying here to explore Tikal. ”
