“No windows, no light, no fresh air. The room was clean. But your front door opens onto a common area, where three German hipsters were making dinner in the kitchenette, playing pool and watching TV loudly all night. There’s no soundproofing, so be prepared for a roommates vibe.
Digital check-in. Not a single staff member on site. I needed help with my room. I texted and called for four hours. Only at 10p did they finally get back to me. “Our phone lines aren’t working properly.” Sure.

“The YHA in Bristol is kind of old compared with the Cardiff one. There is no plug for the upper bed and no separate light for each as well. Also, you need to ask for the wifi even you are going to stay, it's not convenience, so do ask the staff while you are check in! But overall the location is quite close for the visitor.”
