Staff was incredibly helpful, and the resort was spotless. Staying in the river edge villa felt like being in our own peaceful little bubble, completely disconnected from the rest of the world, which was exactly what we needed. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Absolutely magical. The room was amazing, the overall atmosphere across the hotel was great but what really made it a wonderful experience was the staff. Agung from the restaurant was extremely helpful and very genuine. Tori was extremely professional and would always make us smile how kind she was. The spa was lovely and relaxing. Overall I would recommend and book again.

What a beautiful hotel in the jungle! Staff were so friendly and welcoming! Breakfast options were extensive and tasty and facilities are excellent. Quiet area around the hotel but easy to get to Ubud centre and many tourist attractions if this is what youre after. I hooe to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at the Kanyon resort. Our room was nice, and our view of the canyon and jungle was amazing. The food was excellent. Laundry service was great and the highlight of the trip was the staff who couldn’t have been better!!

The location in the jungle and being close to the waterfall was simply excellent. Secluded and away from traffic. The staff were also superb and especially Dewa Ayu at the reception desk and Yudi in the restaurant. Overall it was like heaven on earth

The Kayon Resort and Spa was a fantastic and relaxing place to stay. The staff were unbelievably friendly and attentive! The resort is a little smaller in size which allows for a personal touch. You get to know the staff over the period of your stay, which is nice. Thank you to The Kayon staff for providing such an awesome experience!
