“What a terrible location this hotel is in. The entrance of the hotel faces on to a warehouse area. Awful!! The rooms were unbearably hot with no aircon available. The staff were kind and helpful and delivered a fan to our room but this did not help. The shower area has absolutely no privacy and looks directly onto the bed area. The TV was not working either.”

“We stayed for a week at B2. The staff were wonderful and were willing to help with anything you asked. Breakfast was included and we loved that part of our stay. The breakfast staff were always cheerful and paid close attention to every guest. Not to mention the atmosphere was wonderful in the library no matter if it was breakfast, dinner or an evening drink. The location was wonderful and quiet and minutes from the bus. We would definitely stay here when returning back to Zurich! Thanks……

“位置在火車站傍邊，搭火車、購物去蘇黎世景點都非常方便。高級雙人房面積相對比較大，床墊舒適，每天房間內有送新鮮水果和一支玻璃樽裝水，浴室有雙洗手盤和浴缸及企缸。服務員態度好，早餐也不錯。值得再次入住”

The hotel is just next to the train and tram station, very convenient to access to everywhere and there is a Fifa museum right next to the hotel and this is a surprise to us.
The hotel is new, bed and pillows are comfortable and the service is good
