"The customer service was outstanding, the suite was spectacular, very clean and tidy. Spacious and the bed was the most comfortable bed from any hotel I have ever stayed at. Didn’t have breakfast, but had pre-dinner drinks out on the terrace which over looks the river, which was lovely & bar area was fab. We were going to an event at the SSE Arena, so this was very convenient for the location & within walking distance of the venue. "

Our tv wasn’t working in our first room so we were upgraded to another room for our 6 day stay. Was much appreciated.
Small criticism was the breakfast buffet was a bit untidy and poorly replenished at times.
We will definitely be back and will recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Belfast. "

"The hotel was great all around. Great room, spacious, excellent water pressure in shower. The hotel staff were courteous and accommodating. A five minute walk from city hall and city center. Bus to and from Dublin stop half a block from the hotel.
