“Als Familie mit 3 Kindern hatten wir 2 Zimmer, die über einen Eingang erreichbar waren. Die Zimmertüren zu den beiden Zimmern sind schwergängig, das ist für die Kinder etwas ungünstig. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und die Zimmer waren sonst gut ausgestattet und sauber. Für einen Zwischenstopp ist es optimal.”

“Hotel location very good , dinner not as good as expected , breakfast nothing exceptional, bar didn’t use , only had a glass of red wine .. generally very busy hotel . Overall standard not as good as other Novotel , room with no fridge , no safe , no body lotion , shower area not that practical … Okay for one night , wouldn’t want to stay longer …”

“Great aparthotel in Chartres, easy to find, underground car park reserved ahead of time. Lovely sized room, comfy bed, clean linen, great facilities with fridge (with freezer bit) sink, hob, microwave and crockery/cutlery, even a cloth/tea towel/washing up liquid provided. Short walk into the town centre with many options for dining, boulangerie round the corner. Fantastic light show at the Cathedral after dark! Would definitely recommend to others. Polite and friendly staff on the reception……

“Did not have breakfast. Very difficult process to access hotel / room very late at night. Expedia did not forward the B&B reservation number...so took about 30-min to call someone who could help me with the automatic registration to get code for the room. Pointless giving me just the expedia code...”

“The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant is truly original with the biggest " cheese dome" in the world. The big problem I had was that the rooms are not equipped with a mini bar which is a must at any time of the year but more so during a heat wave. I was upgraded to a room with a tiny fridge and no alcohol in it. There was no vending machine either. The underground parking is very convenient with a direct elevator to the reception area.”

“Accueil professionnel et agréable Le hall de l’hôtel et la salle du petit déjeuner sont spacieux et bien agencés Chambre propre, plutôt spacieuse, très bien équipée et entretenue Bon petit déjeuner même si quelques fruits et céréales, une orange pressée (plutôt qu’une bouteille de jus d’orange) et pourquoi pas des œufs brouillés auraient été appréciés”
