Everything was very good. Only thing I'd like to change is the "Smooth Jazz" being piped through the bar and restaurant, but that's probably just me being picky :-|
Enjoyed the setting. Staff friendly and helpful. Wished windows could open a little more as room very hot. Cooked breakfast items had dried out or were over cooked due to sitting under heat lamps for too long.
Nice location. Needed to pay extra for breakfast which we couldn't do as breakfast was from 8am and we needed to be elsewhere by then. Including breakfast and having an earlier start time would have made this an ideal location.
Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly. Great location but with all roadworks we found it difficult to find csrpark
The hotel was very close to the ICC where the conference was being held.
This is our preferred hotel when staying in Birmingham. Decent sized rooms, comfy large beds and a decent bathroom. Lighting is on the dark side in the rooms but that’s the look which works well.
Lovely hotel but was let down by breakfast - expected more from the hotel. Staff were not paying any attention, food cold, machines out of order - 15mins after breakfast started. Not a great choice. Premier Inn breakfast is far superior.
