“Very competent, professional, clean, kind. I've had a 10/10 experience and would go back in a heartbeat. The room was clean, the suites are very well located and as a female solo traveller I've always felt safe.”

“Check-in process was easy, the suite was clean, and the host’s communication was excellent throughout our stay. When we arrived at 3:00 a.m., we realized the sofa bed hadn’t been prepared for our family of 4, even though it was mentioned on the reservation but the host came to the room right away and set it up, which we appreciated. The listing advertises “parking on site” and even labels it as a “rare find,” but this is misleading. The parking is actually a free public lot about a 7-minute walk……

“Great location in the centre of town but not noisy in the the room we had. Amazing breakfast included. We also had a great meal in the restaurant. Definitely worth visiting the rooftop jacuzzi too with wonderful views over the town. Definitely would stay again!”

“It was a modern comfortable property. The pool was clean bright and inviting. The living accommodation had all those amenities that one would expect for a relaxing holiday. There is no washing machine and it would have been nice to have but it looks like this is common in Crete. The coffee machine in our room was not working and the shower was the only room that needed more attention. But none of these would make us not wanting to revisit and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to……

“Fabulous modern spaces in a 17th century Venetian building. Lovely patio doubles as an al fresco breakfast space, plus a comfortable seating area in front of the hotel for cocktails or coffee while people watching. Perfect location right in the old town pedestrian area with tons of restaurants and shops, plus a walk to the beach and the Fortezza. Staff from front desk, to barista, to breakfast, to housekeeping all stellar.”

“Great stay for our old town desires. Parking can be a pain BUT I would say it’s a better situation here then most hotel options that don’t offer onsite parking - we always were able to find parking Breakfast was good, location was great. Having a pool was great for my toddler. Ac got freezing in our room which was nice.”
