“Fabulous location , set in its own grounds so very relaxed . Stella is simply the most wonderful host , very kind , very friendly and very helpful. Our room was and remained spotless , whilst the property is maybe no new , it’s impossible to age as everything was immaculate . Great aircon and decent shower. The pool was brilliant such a tranquil spot . We loved our stay at Reina . Thanks Stella . ”

“The check-in process was very easy, and the property manager was responsive and very helpful. That said, the apartment was not well cleaned when we arrived, with stains on the floor of one bedroom, small spiders on the pillow of a separate bedroom, and a strong mildew smell in the dishwasher. The apartment is also next to a farm with roosters that crow every morning around 4:00 AM, making it difficult to sleep. The location is convenient to Chania and other sites on Crete, but the visit was not……

“Loved the pool. The villa was really clean and bright. You do need to check into the actual hotel (which this is not, this is the villas), which is like 5-10 mins away by car, and I'll say this now that the hotel does have a restaurant. It was nice that when requested, they quickly delivered an iron and ironing board since it wasn't already inside our villa. The whole property was really clean and well maintained. “Es war so so so schön! Besser hätten wir es uns nicht vorstellen können. Die Anlage ist wunderschön bepflanzt und ruhig. Unser Kind konnte sich frei bewegen, es gab einen Spielplatz und die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Es war die perfekte Oase zum entspannen.
