Cependant, hôtel très bruyant, l’isolation pas au top on entend les portes claquées dès 7h du matin, les piscines sont belles mais malheureusement pas chauffées (peut-être qu’en juillet-aout elles sont plus agréables), pour le buffet, la cuisine crétoise n’est pas trop mise en avant c’est dommage. “You cannot fault this hotel. The rooms were bright,spacious and the beds were oh so comfortable. There was a wide and varied choice of food. But I think what stands out the most was the exceptional staff. Their customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and helpful. I would especially like to mention both Lisa Smith in guest services and Despina who was serving in the water park bar. Both went out of their way to be kind, helpful and extremely friendly.……

“Decent hotel for the money. Pictures are deceiving. Pool has limited chairs. Did not eat at the hotel at all because there was always a faint smell of vomit. Room was old and needs updating. The housekeeper opened the door to the deck daily which made the room extremely hot upon entering and you are unable to leave on the air conditioning when you leave the room. The smallest shower I’ve ever seen with no wash rags available.”
