"The spa staff does not enforce the rules of the spa at all. The sauna says plainly on the sign nude area no clothes, some people continue to wear swimsuits making it awkward for the people obeying the rules. I complained 3 times and nothing was done about it. My wife and I will no longer stay at a Sofitel, we will try someone new."

"Love this hotel. The staff was amazing. Helpful in every way. Rooms were clean, Wi-Fi was great, TV was great, there was a security box for your valuables, small fridge, heating rack for your towels, ironingboard, iron, hairdryer, bed was comfortable, no daily room service, but you could request it, it was very centrally located near the train station so everything was close by. Free coffee from a machine in the lobby, elevator took you to your main floor. There were a few steps involved so if you are handicapped, you may want to check with the front desk, there is a breakfast available, but spendy, it was not necessary since so many other options are nearby. It is located on a quiet street, trafficwise that is, there is a little construction going on across the street, but I didn’t hear it at all when inside. This was in March 2026\. I don’t know how long that’s going on for. It’s a great location to be based out of because you have easy access to everything. The staff was the best part of the experience. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Five stars. I noticed people were asking about languages, to me it sounded like they spoke quite a few languages. Very good mastery of English, and I heard some other languages sounded like maybe Italian possibly French maybe more and of course German.."
