The Serrería Rooms is a modern and bright space, located at street level in the historic and charming Cabañal neighbourhood, known for its colourful fishermen's houses and vibrant cultural life. Just minutes from the seafront promenade and Valencia's main beaches.



As you cross the apartment door, a luminous living room with a wide and comfortable sofa will welcome you, perfect for relaxing. The apartment's decoration evokes a warm and relaxing atmosphere from the very first moment.



For your moments of rest, the apartment has high-speed wifi and a Smart TV, perfect for enjoying your favourite movies or series. Additionally, you will always enjoy the ideal temperature in any season, thanks to the air conditioning system with cold and heat options.



The apartment has two main bedrooms, each with a spacious and comfortable double bed, ideal for recovering energy after a day of adventures through Valencia's streets. Maximum capacity for 4 people.
