“The property had bugs and spider webs all over the place. I ended up sleeeping with my daughter because I was afraid of sleeping in the queen bed since there were bugs on the wall. Upon arrival we saw a note on the door that said they had a bug problem. However, that was not mentioned when I booked the room. My daughter and I are very afraid of them. She cried when she saw them. The owner was nice to remove some of the spider webs. But the bugs was the bigger issue for us. I wasn’t very……

“The property didn’t match what we thought we had selected. We thought we were getting the apartment with a kitchen. We were placed in a room and the bathroom was down the public hallway and up a set of stairs. When talking to the owner she offered us the apartment we thought we had for and additional $30 Euro per day with a $20 Euro utility fee. She told us we should have looked at her website to see the rooms even though we used Expedia. I get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom……
