“Jennifer and Nico communicated exactly where and when to meet them and the check in was a breeze! The home is located on a steep, somewhat narrow road so we did have a bit of difficulty driving up and down with our passenger van! The views were amazing of the lake and the accommodations perfect for our family of seven. The home had three separate apartments so we all had our own space. We loved the cooking class with Robi that Jennifer helped arranged and a wonderful boat ride with Alessandro.……

“Although it’s quite a drive up on the steep hill ( watch out with bigger cars) and the entrance to the apartment is a bit challenging, once you are inside the view is so impressive that this is immediately forgotten. Also the apartment is spotless and I veru much appreciated that all basics were present - no need to go shopping immediately for toilet paper/oil-vinegar e.g - and the nice bottle of Prosecco waiting for is in the fridge!”

“Wir waren 2 Wochen zum Arbeiten dort und es war eine Zumutung! Die Ausstattung war lieblos: stumpfe Messer in der Küche, klapprige Stühle kurz vor dem Zusammenbrechen auf dem Balkon, keine Weingläser und das in Italien, uvm. Das schlimmste war jedoch, dass die Wohnung entgegen der angegebenen Ausstattung keine Klimaanlage hatte! Das war bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur ab mittags zum arbeiten unzumutbar. Des Weiteren ließ sich die Kühlschranktüre nicht richtig schließen, sodass wir regelmäßig unsere……

“This is an outstanding location directly across from Villa Erba, where we attended a wedding. The apartment was perfect for my family of 4. We enjoyed walking to town and along the lake park. A day or two before we were set to arrive, we received a message directing us to an online site where we were asked to enter all the information on each person in our group and upload images of all passports etc., and then to also have a video call to confirm our identities before we would be given access……

“We couldn't locate the login email when we arrived and it took another two days to get the online check in platform to actually work. So we were forced to pay for two nights at a hotel on top of the four nights we had already paid for. And it took a number of days for Joivy to get back to us via email but the telephone number didn't connect properly.”
