“Very comfortable, nice setting, well appointed.”

“We love staying at this property. A beautiful location so quiet and peaceful and the river view is wonderful. Everything you need in the kitchen (but no tea or coffee this time). The bed felt a bit firm this time (but is that just my old bones complaining) and what happened to the wardrobe? All in all we enjoyed our stay. One of our favourite places to stay!”

“Loved being some where reminiscent of beach holidays before holiday accomodation became sanitised :)”

“A family get together (one group from Brisbane, the other from Newcastle), with attractions for two young girls. Description of arrival was good for actual end of GPS direction. The house was well set up for our group, access to playground equipment, chicken watching and gathering the odd egg was enjoyable, the dogs added character! We brought a dog ourselves and that worked well. Great for walking about, talking to cows, chooks, and a glorious view to the mountains. The fireplace worked really……

“Very clean and well presented home, a short walk from the Main Street in Sawtell or across to the beach. Cindy the host was very accomodating and helpful, which we really appreciated. Easy stay in Sawtell!”

“We stayed at the property for 4 nights. It was marvellous. The hosts were welcoming and friendly without being suffocating. The property was cool, self-contained and fenced; perfect forour dog.We had a few visits from Eddie the dog, who liked to keep an eye on things and made friends with our dog.Rosellas in the trees, chickens running around, cow in the fields - it was the perfect xmas getaway fir us.
