“The location was great; could walk to most attractions. The room was vintage, spacious and clean. The views from balconies were amazing. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh and filling. And lastly Karin & Pablo were awesome! They were friendly, exceedingly helpful and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this hotel and we hope to come back soon!”

“Fauna Hotel is located at mid-hill level of Valparaiso and visit to historic buildings can be done in foot. The hotel also lies in restricted area where large vans are forbidden to enter. “This was the best place I could have chosen for my week long visit to Valparaiso! Set atop a small hill a mile south of Sotomayor Square the guest house is in a more quiet neighborhood. This area is convenient for visiting the UNESCO areas, but much more peaceful and safe for walking around. The room (I chose #3) had a view of the garden/ courtyard and was always cool and comfortable even in the hot weather. Every morning there was a delicious breakfast and the hosts were very friendly and……
