This house is very nice. The pool is amazing. There are stores, restaurants and gas stations within minutes of the house. Even with all that close by, we didn’t hear any noise or traffic. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We came down to catch a spring training game in Lakeland and the location was perfect. Not far from the stadium and close by to beaches as well. Communication with the host was great. Any questions I had were answered right away. I liked that the house was dog friendly and our dog enjoyed the fenced in back yard while we were in the pool. Would definitely recommend this house. I would choose this again as well!

It was a very well kept property. I would definitely recommend if you have kids and animals. This is a great spot. There’s several beds obviously we didn’t use all of them, so much to do. I wish we had another night.

Memorial Day weekend trip

My recent stay at this home was perfect and amazing from the time I booked the property to check out the owner was quick with responses and was very easy to get ahold off. This property was also clean and in the perfect location for anything you may need to do. The house I would highly recommend to anyone in the search of a home rental in the Tampa / Brandon area of Florida

Family gathering

Very nice pool and screened in porch! Could have used more bath towels( 2 sets for 4 people sharing that bathroom), no table, luggage rack or chair in the doubles bedroom and the ice maker did not work( went and bought ice)! It could really use some TLC! We all managed just fine. The place really has a lot of potential!

Best Experience EVER

I couldn’t have been more satisfied with this property and the host!! My moms booking from another app got cancelled last minute the day before I was set to have family join me in celebrating my sons graduation from flight medic school in the AirForce and I was able to find this property last minute. Jonathan was very accommodating to my situation. The property itself did not fail me. The yard and the pool were amazing. I have already recommended the property to a coworker. It is a great stay for family or even just for a little getaway. I can’t say it enough this property is a must stay!!!

Great house and location

The house is listed accurately . The pool and yard are great and there are a ton of places to eat and shopping all walkable. We had great communication with the owner and everything went as planned. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Great location

We were there for a wedding and this was a great location. About 15 minutes to the venue. It’s also near everything. The large fenced yard is great for the dogs, the pool is very nice and the screened porch is great. We spent a lot of time just sitting out on the porch. The furnishings could use a little improvement. The master carpet needs cleaning. But overall it had everything we needed. The owner was easy to contact.

Ample Amenities

This house has everything we were looking for on our vacation. It is fully furnished, spacious, and equipped with a full kitchen, exercise area, tv's and laundry. It has all the comforts of home within walking distance of a coffee shop and restaurants. We had a wonderful experience here and when we return to the area, we will stay here again. And the host made sure we had everything we needed from day 1. I highly recommend this vacation spot. Thank you!
