“We were not aware that there were no lifts in the hotel and since we had very heavy bags the stairs were a challenge. Staff did carry them up for us but we carried them down ourselves. Another guest helped me with mine as we are both over 60. 1st night due to wooden floors and 2nd floor steps right at our wall it was quite noisy, Im sure there was a party above us which included elephants in high heels. We were not able to use TV as you had to have your own subscription for paid streaming. ……

“Location is great… but updating is needed for the room and bathrooms… curtain was smelly… beddings and pillows can be replaced with a new stock.. after so many years of use.”
