Extremely expensive and worn out, this hotel provides little value for the price you pay for staying here. The person who checked us in could not speak English well and was unhelpful the next day when we inquired about possibly leaving our medication in our room. She said "It's like paper, we just throw it away." Seriously? Good thing we finally found it. There is a regular Sheraton just a few blocks away that we stayed at after this. I recommend you go here, even if it's more expensive, it's definitely worth the extra money as the amazing service was incomparable.
