“It was incredible in every way. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful & kind & called water taxis for us & answered any questions we had about the area. They made our 2 nights in Venice much easier as I was traveling with my parents who have some Mobility issues. Our private terrace was so picturesque & perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The attached restaurant was delicious……lasagna & tiramisu 2 nights in a row!! ”

“Very close to San Macro square and the public water transportation system. The suite is spacious. They serve breakfast in early hours though the choices are limited. Great value. I would like to recommend it to all who visit Venice.”

“Très bel endroit pour visiter Venise. Appartement de charme dans un petit domaine avec une belle bâtisse, communication facile avec les propriétaires Check in Check out très facile. Possibilité de laisser les bagages quand vous repartez accès Venise en 20 minutes (Piazzale Roma). arrêt de bus, juste à côté de la résidence, les propriétaires parlent français.”

“Air-conditioner at living room is not working. Air-conditioners at bedrooms have strange sound, di di sound, when operating. Cooker hood damaged and is not working. Hair dryer is not working that needs replacement by another one on the second day of stay. Timber floor planks at living room peel off that results in uneven floor level causing my wife fallen down many times. Water seepage and comes out from the timber flooring at living room. Rubbish on the floor of master bedroom.”

“Located at very cozy and quite village. Property amenities and kitchen utensils are fully equipped and easy accessed to Venice by Bus about 12 minutes only. On top of it, it was clean and spacious for the family tour!”

“Beautiful apartment in wonderful area. Very convenient to walk around trieste and was walkable from both the train station and cruise port. The only negative was trying to get the heat on. Would have loved some extra blankets if the heat can’t be adjusted. Overall would absolutely stay here again!! Lovely!”
